By creating a Bullrex account you agree to use the platform lawfully and for your own personal trading. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for the activity on your account, and for ensuring that trading is permitted in your jurisdiction.

The full, binding terms of service are presented during account creation and are always available inside the app under Settings → Legal.

We collect only the information needed to operate your account: identity details required by law, transaction history, and technical data that keeps the platform secure. We never sell your personal data.

Verification documents are stored encrypted and are shared only with regulators or identity-verification partners where legally required. You may request an export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@mybullrex.com.

Trading involves significant risk. The value of your investments can go down as well as up, and you may lose some or all of the money you trade with. Leveraged products can magnify both gains and losses.
